The advanced TAKT’s PRINTING HOUSE, with its sophisticated printing devices, is an independent department of the company, offering a wide range of printing services. The Printing House boasts its extraordinary care in which it develops its products. We serve not only the Polish market but also foreign markets, handling both -standard and non-standard orders. We carry out orders for various industries including: cosmetics, alcohol, car, phonographic businesses, etc.
The Printing House constantly modernized providing a comprehensive set of services to create products at the highest possible quality. Investments in the Printing House and Bindery made in 2007 expanded the printing capabilities of TAKT. The offer includes hardcover books, HOT-MELT and PUR softcover books, brochures, notebooks, exclusive packaging made of wrapped boards (clamshells, “Premium” packaging), cardboard packaging ( slipcases, taktpacks, various wallets). In addition, we offer a wide range of finishings: dispersion varnish, UV varnish (including spot UV), lamination, embossing, debossing and hot stamping.
Our own DTP allows for professionalism in preparing and checking materials for printing, but also the possibility of providing services for external clients. We offer: CTP and CTF exposition, electronic assembly and digital proof. The production process is completely digital, fully compatible with the latest graphic design software such as Adobe, Corel, etc.
The full-format, high-performance, technologically advanced printing machines provide the highest quality service. The company specializes in B2 and B1 format printing with colored, protective coating online units. The widely developed machine park enables mechanical cutting of paper, die- cutting of cardboard, paper and board in weights from 90g to 1200g, application of metallic foils (hot stamping, folding and gluing cardboard packaging: 4 glue points ( 200g to 450g), lamination of printing sheets (paper and cardboard from 130g to 450g), automatic folding and wrapping of premium laminated boxes on solid board 600g to 2000g and folding sheets in sections.
Our Bindery is equipped to handle both standard and special orders. Fully automated line for the production of hardcover has the capacity of 1,000,000 covers per month.
