Booklets/inlays are printed on 130 to 170 gsm matt/gloss paper, depending on the number of pages.
Booklets are printed on matt/gloss paper with a weight of 130 to 170 gsm, depending on the number of pages.
Digipack and digisleeve covers are printed on 300 gsm GC1 cardboard and finished with matt or gloss lamination. We use digital printing for orders up to 299 copies and offset printing for 300 copies and more. Reverse board covers (printed on the uncoated side of the cardboard) are only offset printed. Cardboard walets are printed on 270 gsm (outer sleeve) and 230 gsm (inner sleeve) GC1 cardboard with matt or gloss foil lamination (digital print up to 1999 copies).
Covers are finished with matt or gloss foil lamination. Be aware that the finish will make the project darker – matt foil lowers the contrast, while gloss foil makes the dark colours deeper. If you opt for reverse board, we will print on the uncoated side of the coardboard with no lamination.
The spines on the inside of the cover are by default unprinted. You can choose between single colour (black) or CMYK/Pantone print to match your design.
