What does our recruitment process look like?

Find a job offer that interests you and send your CV to the address provided in the listing. Our HR department carefully reviews all submitted applications to identify candidates who best meet our expectations. We encourage you to present your qualifications thoroughly in both your CV and cover letter. Please note that we reserve the right to contact only selected candidates.

We will give you a call to establish initial contact and clarify the information you provided. If the conversation goes well, we will invite you to our office for an in-person meeting.

This is the first key stage of the recruitment process. A member of our HR team will talk with you about your experience, skills, and job expectations. It’s also a great opportunity for you to learn more about the nature of the work and what it’s like to be part of our company.

At this stage, you will have a conversation with the person who may become your immediate manager, and possibly the head of the department. This meeting focuses on your role-specific qualifications, expectations, and how you would fit into the team.
